The Popular Show Season Four Introduces the Fighters Party

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Mulligan has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of characters, and a thrilling plot including celestial beings, evil spirits, and sinister influences growing in influence within the urban setting.

Warning: Revealing details for Episode 3 of this adventure follow below.

The Warrior Group Revealed

The latest chapter finished on a major cliffhanger and revealed the first table of adventurers who will split off from the primary party to undertake their independent quest, separate from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table consists of the determined fighter (portrayed by Travis Willingham), Thimble (Laura), Tyranny (Whitney), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

Considering an extensive roster, it was clear from the beginning that maintaining everyone at one table would be impossible.

Hence, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three distinct groups: Fighters, Schemers, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Soldiers Table

According to the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for adventurers who prefer a typically action-packed battle-oriented story mode where non-violent answers are few and far between.

Initially, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander might look out of place, but the actions of the third episode demonstrate why these particular heroes are best suited for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party understands precisely where to proceed after a violent initial meeting with the antagonists.

An old friend of Thjazi—whose demise initiated the story’s plot—exploited the foes for his selfish purposes, invading the secret base, assaulting the rogue, and taking all the magical artifacts to dispose of.

The traitor then paid off his obligations and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, above the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Personal Motivations

Secondly, each adventurer has a specific drive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as the companion and trusted friend, wants vengeance.
  • The adventurer knows the region and advises that it is a hostile environment.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having defied his family’s wishes to eliminate the fighter and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their reputation as key figures in House Halovar could assist the group access places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, The fighter vowed a eternal obligation to The cleric for his salvation and will now accompany him anywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the rulers that govern the city for a range of causes, making lingering locally too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and Wicander defied House Halovar and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
  • The target is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This leaves them no alternative but to head to Timmony in quest for the traitor.

What’s Next?

According to episode three’s Cooldown, we find out that the Soldiers table will not appear the following episode, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Seekers and Strategists groups.

Audiences can anticipate finding out which characters will be assigned to which table in the season’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on the upcoming Thursday.
